Many friends don't know how to copy an electronic product. Today, let the engineer talk with you about how to verify the accuracy of circuit board copying?
1. Prepare at least three circuit boards for this electronic product first.
2. Disassemble one of them and copy it; Copying is carried out in the following steps:
(1) Understand whether the microcontroller of the product requires program analysis, and if necessary, remove the microcontroller for storage;
(2) Copy and measure electronic components on the circuit board, and mark their positions properly;
(3) Copy the circuit board diagram; After copying, conduct circuit board sampling.
3. After sampling the circuit board, disassemble the prepared components and transplant them onto the newly produced circuit board, and then conduct installation testing!
(1) If there are any issues with the test, first check if the components are properly ported, and then check if there are any issues with the copied circuit diagram. If the transplant installation test is passed, it proves that the circuit board copying is correct.
(2) Next, purchase the copied components and solder the new components onto the prepared circuit board before installing and testing them. If an abnormality is found, it proves that the purchased component is incorrect. At this time, two aspects should be checked: checking whether the purchased component is consistent with the copied component, or checking whether the copied component has the wrong location for copying; Then correct the electronic components and install them.
(3) Finally, handle the microcontroller program, crack the microcontroller program for installation testing, and replace the new microcontroller with an already prepared circuit board for testing.
