In addition, with the accelerated upgrading of computers, mobile phones, VCD, DVD and other electronic products, the number of discarded products will also rise sharply. How to better recycle these waste products, which are called "e-waste", deserves attention. Discarding household appliances contains huge resources. The plastics in waste household appliances and the precious metals and nonferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper and aluminum contained in them have great resource reuse value. At present, China has entered the peak period of household appliances scrapping, and the whole market scale is up to 10 billion yuan.

　　China's "e-waste" recycling started late and developed rapidly. In recent years, relevant departments have successively issued policies and regulations such as the Regulations on the Administration of Recycling and Disposal of Waste Household Appliances and Electronic Products, and the Measures for the Administration of Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products, which have promoted the gradual transformation of the electronic information industry into a green industry of environmental protection and resource conservation. At present, in the "Yangtze River Delta" and "Pearl River Delta" regions, there have been many enterprises mainly engaged in dismantling "electronic waste", forming a truly circular economy. On the one hand, it has solved the employment problem, saved national investment, and on the other hand, it has reduced resource consumption and waste emissions. This "e-waste" recycling mode of "cheap renewable resources+cheap second-hand equipment+cheap labor=cheap products" highlights the efficient utilization of resources and the pursuit of large economic and social benefits with less resource consumption and environmental costs, which deserves attention.
