Practice of PCB aging test
In general industrial refrigerators, the use mode of single piece solderless parts is fixed, and the temperature generally varies alternately between - 40 ℃ and+55 ℃. In this process, the lower temperature should be maintained for 1 hour, and then slowly recovered to room temperature. In case of non room temperature, it should be maintained for 4 hours, and then slowly heated up to the maximum set temperature after 4 hours. This state should also be maintained for 2 hours, and then slowly reduced to room temperature, At this time, it is also necessary to keep it for 2 hours, take it out, check the minimum line and cut the health condition with vias. This process needs two cycles to ensure more.
