  Nylon needle brush roller is an ideal choice for wide line manufacturing in the PCB circuit board manufacturing industry, such as line width/line spacing>200um (8mil), copper foil thickness ≥ 35um, and sometimes it can be relaxed to>150um (=6mil). Due to its particularly high resilience, the nylon needle brush roller will not damage the brush roller even when the PCB circuit board is warped or the drill bit is broken. In case of operator error such as forgetting to turn on the cooling water, it will not cause the brush roller to become unstable or damage the circuit board and brush roller.

  The best choice for nylon needle brush roller is DuPont's nylon brush wire from the United States. The control of the surface roughness of the grinding is achieved by controlling the particle size of the abrasive contained in the brush wire. For example, 180 # SIC nylon brush wire only needs to be controlled at max size 45um to achieve surface roughness Rz2.5-3.5um, 320 # (SIC brush wire only needs to be controlled at max size 20um to achieve surface roughness Rz2.0-3.0um, 500 # SIC brush wire only needs to be controlled at max size 20um to achieve surface roughness Rz1.5-2.5um.

  For different processes and different conditions within the same process, it is recommended to use nylon needle brush rollers according to the following criteria:

  1. The deburring process after drilling, when the burrs are greater than 75um (3mil), the following combination is selected: 180 # SIC+240 # SIC2

  The deburring process after drilling, when the burrs are greater than 50um (2mil), the following combination is selected: 240 # SIC+320 # SIC3

  After drilling, the deburring process is carried out. When the burrs are greater than 50um (2mil), the following combination is selected: 320 # SIC+320 # SIC4

  2. Before processing photosensitive film, the following combinations are selected: 320 # SIC+500 # SIC5

  3. After PTH treatment, the following combinations are selected: 320 # SIC+320 # SIC6

  4. Before applying green oil (anti welding), the following combinations should be selected: 500 # SIC+500 # SIC7
