　　PCB manufacturer's solder mask is a thin paint like polymer layer, which is usually applied to the copper trace of printed circuit board (PCB) to prevent oxidation and the formation of solder bridges between closely spaced pads. Soldering masks are not always used for manual soldering of components, but they are essential for batch produced PCB plants (Shenzhen PCB Plant) that use reflow soldering or automatic soldering with soldering bath technology. They are traditionally green, but now there are many colors to choose from. The following is the process of screen printing technology, as follows:

　　1. Surface cleaning: use alcohol to clean the stains on the surface of acrylic glass of screen printing machine.

　　2. Fixing the screen frame: fix the screen frame on the screen printing machine and tighten it with the fixing knob.

　　3. Preliminary positioning: Adjust the position of PCB in the circuit board factory to make the hole position on the PCB consistent with the corresponding hole position on the silk screen frame.

　　4. Slightly adjust the position: turn on the alignment light source, adjust the X/Y/Z direction to adjust the PCB position, so that the pattern on the PCB of the circuit board factory (Shenzhen circuit board factory) is completely consistent with the pattern on the screen frame.

　　5. Scratch ink: The staff of the circuit board factory (Shenzhen circuit board factory) use a scraper with one hand and the other hand to press the screen frame in the area where the graphics are evenly coated with a layer of silk screen ink, and then scrape 45 by using the scraper.

　　Screen printing is a printing technology in which the ink is transferred to the substrate using a mesh, except for areas where the ink is impermeable by blocking the template. One color is printed at a time, so the circuit board factory (Shenzhen circuit board factory) can use multiple screens to generate multi-color images or designs.
