  As for the circuit board manufacturing industry, there has been a lot of noise and excitement. In order to eat the tempting cake of PCB multilayer circuit boards, people have been rushing in, and funds have been rushing in. Does the company accept everything according to the order? The answer, of course, is no. Each circuit board factory needs to choose a cake according to its own situation.   Now let's introduce the circuit board factory. Before introducing multilayer printed circuits, we will mention a process that can increase density: jumper or crossover. Maybe people who just enter the PCB proofing industry don't understand it. Jumper or jumper refers to that a conductor on the wiring layer of the circuit board can "jump" over one or more conductors without short circuit with the skipped conductor. A variety of methods have been developed for jumper or jumper, and all have been successful to varying degrees.

  The circuit board factory tells you that a method with simple process but possible reliability problems is to print jumper wires. The specific method is: first coat a layer of medium on the existing conductor to be skipped, then apply conductive paste to connect the conductors to be connected at both ends, without electrical contact with the skipped conductor. This method usually uses screen printing and needle coating technology. If the coated medium layer has defects, problems will occur. These defects may be caused by voids generated during silk screen printing, or by solvent evaporation during curing of the medium layer (if the medium material contains a large amount of solvent).

  The second reliability problem may occur at the interface between the jumper and the connected conductor. Unless there is a layer of material (such as gold) that is not easy to be oxidized on the metal conductor surface, the conductivity between the metal conductor surface and the printed conductive paste will decrease with time due to oxidation. Jumper technology can be applied to all kinds of circuit boards of Shenzhen Circuit Board Factory, but it is more applicable to flexible circuit boards, especially polymer thick film (PTF) circuit boards.   The last type is multilayer circuit board. Although some circuit board manufacturers have known about it for a long time, you have to know that this structure includes at least three separate conductive layers or planes. Of course, since these layers are made in pairs, the number of wiring layers of multilayer circuit boards is usually even. The initial manufacturing process includes: stacking multiple double-sided circuit boards together, drilling holes as a whole, and then achieving vertical interconnection. The connection in the vertical direction used pins, rivets and screws in the early stage. The plated through hole technology achieved a breakthrough, because all the connections in the vertical direction can be completed at one time. After so many years, a variety of new vertical connection technologies have been developed and achieved success to varying degrees.
